高层建筑框支柱、转换梁及剪力墙偏轴的结构设计

[提要] 针对高层建筑框支柱、转换梁、剪力墙三者中心线偏轴的情况,分析了转换层实际设计中普遍存在的问题及计算困难,提出采用“抗偏梁”的结构布置概念和设计方法,并着重讨论了对应的近似计算方法。还可以推广到普通框架的梁柱偏轴处理中。
[关键词] 转换梁 偏转力矩 扭矩抗偏梁In the case that the axes of wall, transfer girder and wall supporting column of high-rise building are not coincident, some common problems and difficulties in design of transfer story are analyzed. A structure arrangement concept named"eccentricity resisting girder" is suggested and its approximate analysis method is presented. The concept and the analysis method can be adopted in design of ordinary frame that the axes of girder and column are not coincident.
