[提要]  就新旧《可靠度设计统一标准》作一比较，探讨了新版规范GB50068-2001内容对结构设计工作的影响，并从规范使用者的角度提出一些建议供交流。

Some comparison on the regulation between 84 edition and 2001  edition of unified standard for reliability design of building structures are descriloed. The influence of new edition on structural design is emphasized. In order to give  more convince to designer, some advice are developed.
