(南京工业大学 南京 210009)[提要] 宿迁市府苑小区综合楼位于8度区,设计基本地震加速度值为0.30g, 为6层底部框架砌体结构,平面早三折线形。工程采用基础隔震技术进行结构设计,隔震层由橡胶隔震支座、滑移支座、粘滞消能器组成。对隔震体系空间模型的时程分析表明:采用基础隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用;设置粘滞消能器能较好地解决降低上部结构的地震作用和限制隔震层位移之间的矛盾,有效地消除结构的扭转效应。

The building is a 7-storeyed masonry structure with semi-basement, the 1st floor is RC frame-shear wall structure and the structure plan shape is abnormal.The base-isolated technique is used to design this building,its base-isolated layer consists of laminated rubber bearings,slip bearings and viscous dampers. From nonlinear space time-history analysis for the base-isolated system,we can draw some conclusions as follows: base isolation and energy-dissipation technique can greatly reduce the horizontal seismic action upon upper structure; viscous damper can be used to resolve the contradiction between reducing earthquake actions and limiting displacements of the isolated layer effectively; viscous damper can also effectively eliminate the structural torsion.
