[提要]  分析了钢筋混凝土简支短梁和连续短梁实测荷载-挠度曲线的特征，探讨了剪切效应和斜向开裂对钢筋混凝土短梁刚度和变形的影响，提出了考虑剪切效应和斜裂缝影响的钢筋混凝土短梁变形的计算公式，计算结果与试验结果符合较好。

According to others' and the author's test results, the characteristic of the tested load-deflection curve of R.C.short beams with simple supports and continuous supports is analysed. The effects of shear and inclined cracks on the deformation are discussed. The calculating formulas of the deformation considering shear effect and inclined cracks are given out, and the calculating results are consistent with the test results.
