[提要]  瑞丰国际商务大厦是国内全部采用矩形钢管混凝土柱的高层钢结构建筑。详细介绍了工程的概况、施工过程中进行的新技术试验以及钢结构构件制作工艺和质量控制措施。介绍了安装施工中栓钉焊接和管内混凝土浇筑技术。通过实践和研究，积累了矩形钢管混凝土高层钢结构工程的施工经验。

Richful International Business Building is known as the building with rectangular steel-concrete infilled tube columns in China. This paper described the construction procedure of this project and the testing for the new construction technique and the manufacturing as well as quality control. The welding of studs and concrete cast-in-site in the tube steel columns are introduced. Through the construction of this building,a lot of experiences are accumulated which may be helpful for the construction of other similar high-rise steel buildings.
