[提要] 《碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构技术规程》( CECS146:2003)是国内关于纤维增强材料加固修复混凝土结构技术的第一个技术标准，该规程分为六章，对碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构技术的应用做出了比较详细的技术规定和论述，主要介绍了该规程的编制背景和主要内容。

The Technical Specification .for Strengrthening Concrete Structure with Carbon Fiber Reinjorced Polymer Larninate ( CECS146:2003) is the first technical standard of strengthening concrete structures with Fiber Reinforced Polymer  ( FRP)in China. The specification includes six chapters, which introduce the technical prescript details and applications of strengthening concrete structures with CFRP. They are general rules,terms and symbol,material properties, design and operation method and verification method,construction,quality checking,appendix and illumination.
