[提要] 详细介绍了一幢体型不规则和平均高宽比超限的高层结构的设计计算的全过程。针对平面凹口较深、平面较为狭长、平面宽度变化及高宽比较大等结构特点,在结构布置、分析计算和构造措施等方面作出了有效的处理,使结构的扭转效应得到控制,高宽比较大的潜在危险得以消除,整体设计满足规范要求。
[关键词] 不规则体型 高宽比 超限 弹性楼板 扭转 构造措施This paper presents the structure design and computing process of a high-rise building in detail. The building, whose average height-to-width ratio is out of code, has concave trough that breaks through the limit of plane regularity. Through the structure plane arrangement, elastic plane design and the structural treatment for the upper structure, the torsion of the structure is controlled, the risk of the large height-to-width ratio is eliminated, and the code is satisfied. This project can glve reference to the similar design.
