用ANSYS Solicl 65单元分析混凝土组合构件复杂应力

[提要]  在有限元软件ANSYS中为混凝土材料专门定义了一种单元:Solid 65。它预先定义好混凝土的破坏准则,可以模拟混凝土材料特有的开裂、压碎等力学现象。通过4个科研项目实例,介绍了Solid 65单元在框架、叠合梁、约束混凝土柱、组合结构节点等问题中的应用。讨论了Solid 65单元和钢筋、型钢、钢管、碳纤维等不同材料组合工作时建模方法及相互连接的处理。并对+些常见错误进行归类分析,提出了解决方法。

In the FEA software of ANSYS,an element type of“Solid 65”is defined for concrete material specially. It includes the failure criteria of concrete and can simulate the typical mechanics behavior of concrete such as crack and crush. According to the research work, the applications of Solid 65 in frame structure, composite beam, confined column and joint of composite structure are presented together with 4 practical examples. And the methods to set up the connection between concrete and other materials are discussed in details, when the concrete is working together with other materials such as rebar, section steel, steel tube and carbon fiber. The typical mistakes on using¨Solid 65”are classified and advices are given to avoid them.
