带构造柱与带芯柱砌块墙体的抗震性能比较分析

[提要]  通过6片砌块墙片恢复力试验及国内100多墙片试验结果的对比分析,总结出构造柱与芯柱对墙体抗震性能的影响程度,两端设置构造柱的砌块墙在地震作用下构造柱对墙体承载力与变形的贡献要好于两端为芯柱的情况;芯柱设置灵活,中部芯柱的抗震作用强于两端芯柱作用。建议采用将构造柱与芯柱结合设置的方案,即在墙体两端设置构造柱,中间设置芯柱,该项措施能发挥构造柱与芯柱的各自优势,且利于施工,将使多层约束配筋砌体达到更好的抗震效果。

Setting constructional columns or core columns in the walls is a very effective measure to improve the aseismic behavior of block walls. Six restoring-force experiments has been made, more than 100 walls experimental results were analysed and it was found that block walls with constructional columns performed better under seismic action than those with core columns when both were placed at the end of the wall. We also found that the core columns placed in the middle of wall perform better than those placed at the end of wall. So we suggest that constructional columns be placed at the end of the wall and core columns in the middle to obtain the best aseismic effect, for this measure can promote the advantages of constructional columns and core columns respectively and facilitate construction as well.
