[提要]  理论公式和有限元分析结果表明，由于受柱抗侧移刚度的影响，预应力混凝土梁中的有效预应力有较大削减，预应力混凝土梁的实际承载力降低，合理的设计必须考虑柱侧向刚度的影响。给出了考虑该影响的正截面抗弯设计和抗裂验算的设计建议。

Based on the analysis of finite element method, the effective prestress of beam is decreased as the effect of column lateral stiff, and the resistance of prestressed concrete beam is reduced. The effect of lateral stiffness of column must be taken into account.
