[提要] 采用考虑接触问题的有限单元法对外伸式端板螺栓连接中普遍存在的撬力问题作分析,重点探讨端板接触面中挤压力的大小、分布规律以及影响撬力的主要因素。结合工程应用提出了减小撬力作用和考虑撬力影响的设计建议和方法。

Abstract:In order to analyze the prying force which commonly exists in extended endplate bolted connections, finite element method considering contact problem is adopted to study the magnitude and distributing rule of prying force on the endplate interface, and the main inflection factors of prying force. Design method and advice are presented in practice.
