[提要]  方舟花园B栋公寓办公楼为23层主楼带2层裙房，主体高度84.70m，计算高度达117. 60m。介绍了该工程全裙楼房间的无缝设计、结构重心和基础形心大偏心距的调整、结构整体分析电算、项部24.6m高装饰塔桅等几个方面的结构设计。在高层筏板悬挑裙房下采用铺焦渣解决主裙楼之间不设沉降缝，并成功地调整了结构重心和筏板形心大偏心距，该方法通过实践检验证明可行。相关作法可供类似的工程设计参考。

The paper introduced the structural design of Fangzhou Garden B-block-an apartment-office building, whose building area is 26 500mz, main part height is 84.70m, effective height is 117.60m. The design without seam between the main and the attach buildings, the adjustment of the distance between the structural barycenter and the plain centroid of foundation, the design of the ornamental mast on the top of the building as well as the computer-analysis of global structure are presented, and emphasis on a new method to adjust the large-eccentricity of the structural barycenter and the plain centroid of foundation when they don't coincide.
