(1 东南大学 南京 210096; 2 郑州大学 450002)[提要] 针对某住宅楼由于地基不均匀沉降引起的上部结构倾斜变形,采用压浆无砂混凝土小桩复合地基技术加固原有基础,使结构不再继续发生不均匀沉降。通过计算分析提出纠偏设计方案,采用掏土灌浆施工方案成功地完成了该住宅楼上部结构的纠偏,达到了预期的效果。该设计及施工方案可供同类工程参考。
[关键词] 纠偏 加固 工程 不均匀沉降 无砂混凝土 压浆 水泥浆Based on analysis of incline caused by ground unequal settlement of a apartment building, the technique of composite pile ground of un-sand concrete grouted with cement paste is used to consolidate the ground and the building.The design scheme of rectifying deviation is presented according to calculation. The construction schemes of drawing out soil and grouting are adopted to accomplish rectifying deviation of the building and achieve expected purpose. The design and construction schemes are introduced as a reference for the same kind of engineering.
