[提要]  通过对21个试件在不同龄期下受压试验结果的分析和比较，研究了龄期对砌体构件受压力学性能的影响。结合试验所总结的规律，提出对砌体结构房屋的施工进度要加以控制，建议控制在每层7d左右。

The influence of the period to the mechanics performance of masonry structural in press is studied by analyzing and comparing the experimental results of 21 test units in different period. And certain requirements in constructlng masonry structural building are brought forward according to the rule of the experiment.
