[提要]  基于底部框架抗震墙砖房结构易损性分析，并结合历次的震害资料及设计实践，就其结构选型与抗震设计中建筑体型、结构空间刚度及改善框架柱和上部砖房抗震性能等问题进行了研究。供设计人员参考。

Based on the vulnerability analysis of brick masonry building with frame-shear wall at the bottom and combined with past earthquake disaster data and design experience, some problems about structural type choice and seismic design are studied, which include architectural type, structural spatial stiffness, improving seismic properties of frame column and upper brick masonry. It could provide reference for designers.
