螺旋咬边式钢板仓结构的有限元分析

[提要] 螺旋咬边式钢板仓在我国属于新型结构,其受力状况复杂。用有限元法对螺旋咬边式钢板仓结构进行了有限元分析。计算结果表明钢板仓在相对高度ht / hn = 0.03~0.2范围内应力和变形较大,这一部位应是钢板仓的重点防护部位,应加强板和梁的强度和刚度。计算结果对工程设计和应用有参考意义。
[关键词] 钢板仓 有限元法 应力 变形 螺旋咬边The stresses and deformations of the steel silo are computed with the finite element method under wind load and the full load. The computed results show the stresses and deformations of the steel silo are higher in the relative height ht / hn = 0.03~0.2,in which the rigidity and strength should be strengthened for steel silo generally. The results are very helpful for the design and application of steel silo.
