[提要]  就北京金海湖戏水宫工程结构设计中所遇到的计算程序的应用及冻冰荷载对结构的影响等问题，结合工程实践进行相应的分析比较，提出简化计算的方法，供设计参考。

Based on analyzing the Beijing Jin Hai Lake Leisure Garden structure design, this paper analyses the properties of sloping fields frame structure at the waterside of the reservoir and the application of structure design program, also the method of control freeze-load is presented.
