[提要]  介绍了在已有试验研究成果及设计经验基础上起草的《混凝土结构设计规范》( GB50010-2002)新增抗震及非抗震框架顶层端节点有关条文的背景情况，并提出了应用这些条文的相应建议，供设计人员参考。

Based on experiences and the testing results, the relevant provisions on seismlc and nonseismic for the exterior joints in top-story of RC frames is added in Code for Design of Concrete Structures( GB50010-2002). For engineer to understanding and using the provisions, the background of the works is introduced.
