北京国际金融中心结构加层加固设计

[摘要] 由于建筑增层和功能改变,造成北京国际金融中心已建二层的一些框架柱的轴压比超出规范的限值,原设计转换梁的抗剪承载力也不能满足规范要求。通过对比计算、试验论证等手段对碳纤维在框架柱抗震延性加固的应用和钢纤维混凝土在转换梁中的应用进行了探索,并成功地应用于工程中。

    Structure Strenghtening Design with Adding Storey of Beijing International Financial Center

Abstract: The storey adding and the change of the function result in the axial compression ratio of some frame colLuuns of the built two-storey building exceeding standard limit value. The shear strength of original transition beam cannot meet the code requirements. An exploratory effort is made on the application of carbon fiber to the seismic extension strengthening of the columns, as well as the application of transition beam made of steel fiber reinforced concrete by means of compared calculation and experimental validation. Two technic are successfully adopted iIl the project of Beijing International Financial Centre.
