北辰B5区公建风荷载风洞试验研究

[摘要] 北辰B5区公建是一体型复杂的大底盘双塔楼建筑,为准确地把握建筑物的风载体型系数和风压值,对其进行了风洞试验。详细介绍了风洞模拟试验的相似条件和试验方法,并给出了不同风向角下建筑的风压分布规律,通过试验得出:两个曲面塔楼结构,其基本呈低层风载荷小、高层风载荷大的特点:在双塔楼内侧相当面积上,由于夹道风的原因,出现了无论何种风向角都为负压的现象;在建筑的各个拐角处,由于气流流动复杂,其风压值一般较其他位置偏大,在结构设计中应予以考虑。

    Study of the Wind Tunnel Test on the North Star B5 Public Building

Abstract: The public building in B5 plot developed by Beijing North Star Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a complicated twin tower structure resting on a united basement.The wind tunnel test was carried out. The effectiveness and test method of the simulated wind tunnel test are presented iIl detail. The wind pressure distribution pattern is obtained under different wind angles. The results show that greater wind load is found at higher stories of the two towers with curved surfaces.  Due to the airflow between the two towers, negative pressure is found on a considerable area of the inner side of the two towers no matter what the wind angle is. Higher wind pressure is found at the corners of the structure compared to other locations due to the coruplicated airflow there.
