碳纤维布增强杨木LVL梁试验研究

[摘要]  对速生杨木制作的单板层积材的材料性能进行测试,材料性能测试结果表明杨木LVL可作结构材使用,在杨木LVL生产过程中采用碳纤维布与其复合,对其进行增强,并制作了一批梁试件做试验研究。通过试验分析选择了合理的梁截面形式,试验结果表明碳纤维布增强后杨木LVL梁的承载力、刚度显著提高。

Experimental study on poplar LVL beams reinforced with CFRP sheets

Abstract: The mechanical behavior of poplar laminated veneer lumber has heen examined, and the results show that the poplar LVL could be used as structural matexial. A series beam specimens made of poplar LVL reinforced with CFRP sheets during their production process have been tested and studied. According to the test results, the optimum beam section model has been selected, and the ultimate load bearing capacity and stiffmss of reinforced beams have been enhanced obviously.
