锈蚀钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度模型*

[摘要]  为了建立较为完善的锈蚀钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度模型,改变以往仅考虑钢筋锈蚀程度的单因素回归分析方法对粘结强度模型进行理论分析。对钢筋与混凝土在接触面上的粘结作用机理及粘结力组成进行分析,借助弹性力学方法,建立了锈蚀前钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度理论模型。从锈蚀改变钢筋表面特征参数和混凝土保护层约束力入手,采用钢筋均匀锈蚀假定,并基于未锈钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度模型,建立了钢筋锈蚀后的粘结强度计算模型,该模型能够考虑各种因素对粘结强度的影响。通过试验数据对模型进行了验证,结果吻合较好。

Model of bond strength between corroded reinforcement and concrete

Abstract: In order to perfect model bond strength between corroded reinforcement and concrete, the regessive method which only considers cormsion degree of steel bars is abandoned, and theoretical analysis method is used to build model of bond strength. Bond mechanism and constitution of bond stress on the interface between reirforcement and concrete are investigated, and by means of elastics method,theoretical model of bond strength between reid'orcement and concrete without cormsion is built. Parameters of corroded reinforcement and confinement pmvided by concrete cover after cormsion are explored, and adopting hypothesis of even corrosion,bond strength model of cormded reinforcement with concrete is built based on the model without conosion, which can take all factors into account.  The model is used to analyze bond strength of some pullout members, and calculated results agree with test results well.
