[摘要]  通过实例对钢筋混凝土结构地下室墙体变形裂缝开裂原因进行综合分析，找出其主要原因是混凝土拆模后的后期养护不当造成混凝土自身干缩和混凝土降温收缩。根据分析，提出了严格控制混凝土的入模温度、加强混凝土的初期和中期的表面养护和保温隔热处理、留置伸缩缝和后浇带等防止收缩裂缝和温度裂缝的防治措施。

    Analysis of reason and controlling method in deformation cracks in basement RC vall in luglrrise building

Abstract:  According to an instance, the author comprehensively analyzed the cause of deformation cracks existing in the concrete wall, draw a conclusion that the main reason lies in that concrete wall were not well cured after being stripped, as inducing drying shrinkage and cooling shrinkage. Based on the analysis, advices and methods include severely contmlling the concrete temperature when pouring, well curing with retention of moisture and warm in the initial curing period and the middle curing period, setting up expansionjoint or post-cast strip,etc. were given, to prevent and deal with the shrinkage and temperature cracks in construction practice.
