(1 湖南大学土木工程学院,长沙410082;2 湖南固特邦土木技术发展有限公司,长沙410205)[摘要] 针对钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆外层加固法,研究了高效减水剂、聚合物、粉煤灰、硅灰和膨胀剂对高性能复合砂浆施工性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明经各种材料复合改性的砂浆具有很好的施工和力学性能,并提出了该砂浆的优化配合比。

(1 Civil Engineering College of Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China; 2 Hunan Goodbond Construction Technic Development Co., Ltd. ,Changsha 410205 ,China)Abstract: Aiming at the method of strengthening member with steel wire mesh and polymer mortar, the irdluences of superplasticizer, polymer, fly ash, silica fume and expansion agent to vxorkability and mechanical properties of the mortar were studied. The test results indicated that the mortar modified by the several materials had better workable and mechanical pmperties, and the optimal polymer modified mortar mixing ratio was proposed.
