大跨屋盖多点整体提升过程的力学形体研究

[摘要]  对广州新白云机场维修设施工程大跨钢屋盖采用计算机控制多点液压同步提升技术进行安装。工程投影面积大、跨度大、质量重,提升过程中结构的受力状态和提升到位安装成形后结构最终的受力状态有很大的不同。利用有限元对提升状态的结构重新建立力学模型,并考虑提升点在提升状态下位移的不一致性以及提升点的力学模拟,对提升过程进行了分析研究。通过分析对结构在提升状态下的安全性进行判断,并结合工程中的实测结果对力学模型进行校验和修正,得出提升过程中提升点位移不一致性对结构的影响。结论对类似工程有借鉴作用。

Abstract: In construction of the steel roof, a computercontmlled multi-susensioIrcenters hydraumatic synchmnizing lifting construction technology is adopted. The steel roof had large area, long span and huge weight, and the structure form in lifting process differed from the design status.The finite element model of the structure in the lifting status is rebuilt. Considering the displacement difference and the mechanics simulation of the lifting points, the lifting process is analyzed. Through the analysis it could judge whether the lifting status was safe. From the value of the construction measure, the finite element model is validated and corrected and the irfluence of the displacement difference of the lifting points are found out. The researching conclusions could be used by the similar construction.
