[摘要]  工程由5座高层建筑及围合在中间的纯地下车库组成，介绍了基础设计中为减少差异沉降采取的主要措施、结构方案优化设计方面所做的计算分析和比较，以及预应力技术在上部大跨度转换结构和连体结构中的应用，可为同类工程设计提供参考。

    Structural design of Bejing Jiarunyuan international community

Abstract: The project consists of several tall buildings surrounding an underground garage. Measures to reduce the settlement difference in the foundation, structure-type selection and optimized design, application of prestressed concrete in the long span tranqer structure system and connected double- structure system are discussed. These may be referred in the similar projects design.
