【提要】 针对目前广泛应用的静力弹塑性分析（Pushover）方法，通过工程实例分析表明，该方法适用于预应力混凝土框架结构的抗震能力评估，简单实用有效，值得推广。

Abstract:At present, the Pushover analysis method has been widely concerned and used. Proved through some engineering practical examples, this analysis method for evaluating seismic resistance of prestressed concrete frame structures has good accuracy, practicality and simplicity. So it is worthy of popularization.
