[提要]  根据软土地基大直径钻孔灌注桩竖向承载力的现场试验结果，分析桩的竖向承载性状、桩侧阻力的变化规律及影响因素，为合理利用该桩型提供一定的理论依据。

On the basis of the in-situ test data of large diameter cast-in-place pile in soft foundation, the behavior of vertical bearing capacity, skin friction, and the influencing factors are analyzed. The results provide certain theory basis for further reasonable application of this kind of piles.
