[提要] 针对高烈度地震区,在层3设置转换层且为B级高度的高层建筑的抗震设计,重点介绍了在方案设计阶段结构方案的优化分析,在整体上如何合理地进行计算简图的简化,提出复杂的结构必须进行的补充计算和高位转换结构竖向结构构件截面的控制要点。对比分析了转换层上下的刚度及相关参数。
[关键词] 转换层 方案优化 补充计算 控制要点The seismic design of a high-rise building with B level height and a transfer plane in the third storey in the district with high seismic intensity is introduced. It focuses on the optimization analysis of structure in the phase of plan and how to predigest the calculation diagram reasonably. It is put forward that complementary calculation is necessary for the design of complex structure. The main control points of vertical structural members in a high location transfer structure are also listed. Additionally, rigidities of upper and lower structural storeies of the transfer storey are analysed.
