[提要]  长沙锦绣中环大厦原设计为24层混凝土框架－剪力墙结构，施工至层13后，改为28层钢框架－混凝土剪力墙结构。简要地介绍了这一工程的设计特点和构造处理措施，并对两种结构方案进行了比较，论证了钢结构方案的优越性。

The origin design of a 24-stories concrete frame-shear wall structure for Changsha Jinxiu-zhonghuan building,was alternated to a 28-stories steel frame-concrete wall structure when the building was constructed up to the 13th story. The designing characteristics and constructional arrangement of the engineering are briefly described. By comparing the two types of structure plan,the superiority of the steel structure is demonstrated for building reconstruction.
