[提要]  全面介绍了一幢超长、不规则，两端各有16.3m悬挑，中部有28.0m跨度转换的高层钢结构设计。重点介绍了结构体系的选定，特殊构件与节点的设计，以及铸钢节点首次在国内钢框架节点中的应用。此外还介绍了材料的选用及经济指标分析。

A large span,irregular high-rise steel structure which has a 16.3m cantilever at both end and a 28.8m span switch part in the middle part is introduced. The choice of this structural system, the design of special components and joints, the cast steel joint applied firstly in steel frame in China are primarily described. Furthermore the selection of material and the analysis of economic indicator are shown.
