[提要]  介绍了南京一采用水泥搅拌桩复合地基的9层框架结构综合楼产生不均匀沉降及沉降过大的情况。分析了产生沉降的原因，运用限沉桩及应力解除法，对该综合楼进行了纠偏设计与施工，并取得了成功。

The uneven settleement and over-settlement of a comprehensive building with nine-storey frame　structure are introduced and their reason are analysed. The application principle of anti-settlement pile and stress release method is set forth.The design and construction method to rectify incline of this building is introduced.
