[提要]  介绍了CM复合地基在高层建筑地基基础中的实际应用，基于复合地基的承载力标准值和压缩模量，讨论了复合地基基础方案的确定及长短桩和褥垫层的设计等。为旧房改造的地基处理提供了可借鉴的办法。

Through an actual project, the application of CM compound foundation soil is introduced in the foundation of tall building,which supplies a method for the treatment of foundation soil of the old building to be reformed.
