[提要]  参照《混凝土结构设计规范》( GBJ10-89)附录七的方式，以《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)的公式为基础，给出了钢筋混凝土受弯构件不需作裂缝宽度验算的配筋选择方法。受弯构件设计时，根据计算图表选择合适的钢筋直径和配筋率，即可同时满足裂缝宽度计算的要求。

To refer to appendix Ⅶ in Code for Design of Concrete Structrues(GBJ10-89), based on the formulae in Code for Design of Concrete Structrues(GB50010-2002), the selection of reinforcement for which the crack width in reinforced concrete flexural member may not be checked is presented. In flexural member's design, the demand of check of crack width shall be met automatically if desirable diameter and ratio of reinforcement are selected according to the specific figures and tables.
