信远大厦结构设计的几个问题探究

[提要]  针对信远大厦工程设计出现的问题,通过调整剪力墙厚度、开洞位置等手段解决了内筒外框结构第一周期为扭转周期这一不利影响;分析了温度应力对超长楼板的影响,并提出处理意见;从计算及构造上解决了楼板开洞过大问题。对于梁托柱时柱位于梁塑性铰区所带来的问题,根据抗震设计基本概念予以解决。

According to the design of Xinyuan building, the problem, which the first structural period is torsional period in frame-corewall structure, has been solved through the adjustment of thickness of shear wall and the location of calculation holes. The effect of temperature stress to long distance slab is analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed. The problem of large hole on slab in calculation and construction is solved.  Basing on the concept of seismic design,a method is proposed when column is in the plastic joint area of beam.
