[提要] 结合某高层建筑上部结构及桩筏基础的改造设计,对不同设计方案进行了比较分析,提出用加大截面法对框架柱进行加固,用悬挂的方法来满足在建筑物四周增加面积的要求,同时论述了大直径钢管静压锚杆桩在桩筏基础改造中的应用,可供类似工程参考。
[关键词] 改造 悬挂结构 植筋 桩筏基础 钢管静压锚杆桩Combined with an actual project design of rehabilitation and adding area of a high-rise building, several different schemes are compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis, the problems of rehabilitation and adding area for the building are resolved through strengthening columns and suspended structure. The application of big-diameter tubular steel anchor pile in the reformation of piled raft foundation is also discussed.
