钢筋锈蚀破坏的煤矿井塔加固与修复

[提要]  对产生钢筋锈蚀破坏的某煤矿井塔进行了耐久性检测和安全性评价,同时进行了混凝土内钢筋腐蚀机理分析。结果表明,井塔的损坏是由于施工中混凝土内掺氯盐引起的,目前的耐久性破坏己到了非常严重的地步,严重威胁井塔的安全。根据理论分析和实验结果,采取SBR复合改性混凝土和渗透性钢筋阻锈剂双重阻锈措施对原井塔进行了加固和修复。一年后的检测结果表明井塔修复效果良好。

Durability inspection and safety evaluation were made to a damaged coal mine shaft tower due to the corrosion of rebar in concrete, and the corrosion mechanisms of rebar in concrete were analyzed. Results indicated that the damage of the tower was due to the adulterated chlorides during the concrete casting, and the damaged degree of the shaft tower was very serious. Pased on the theoretical analysis and experimental results, one kind of permeable corrosion inhibitor and SBR polymer modified cement concrete were selected in the rehabilitation of the tower. Inspection results after one year of the rehabilitation indicated that the repair was all right.
