[提要]  在理论分析的基础上，对粘钢加固钢筋混凝土预制板设计方法进行了探讨，提出了外粘钢板的用量
计算公式。同时对该加固方法用于实际工程的施工工艺作了介绍，并对采用该设计方法进行加固的某工程做现场加载试验，结果表明，预制板经加固后完全满足安全使用要求，证明了采用该设计方法是有效的，为类似的工程加固设计提供了参考。

Based on the theoretical analysis, the design method of reinforced concrete precast slabs strengthened by sticking steel plate is discussed, and the calculated formula of steel-bonded consumption is presented. The construction method of steel-bonded technique is introduced and a practical project is put to test. The test results show that it can meet serviceable request after being strengthened by sticking steel plate,which testifies that the design method is useful, and can provide reference to similar engineering applications.
