[提要]  针对某混合结构综合楼需整体迁移并抬高0.45m的具体情况，提出了建筑物整体平移抬升一次到位
的技术方案，并对建筑物整体迁移设计中的关键技术和构造措施进行了系统的分析。与传统方法相比，该方案具有牵引设备用量少、牵引过程易于控制、工期短、造价低的优点，可为类似整体迁移抬升工程提供参考。

For the fact of a brick-and-concrete complex building needing to be shifted and lifted by 0.45m, the method of shifting and lifting the building simultaneously is expounded, and the key technology and construction measures in the design are introduced systematically. Compared with traditional method, this design plan has the advantages of less traction equipment, easy control, time saving and low cost, and it can provide reference to the similar projects.
