[提要]  从部分预应力混凝土受弯构件轴力和弯矩的基本平衡条件出发，通过理论推导，给出了非预应力筋
对称配置的部分预应力混凝土梁正截面强度的设计计算公式和设计步骤，并给出了设计算例。

The calculation formulas and design procedures for normal section strength design of partially prestressed concrete beam with non-prestressed rebar symmetrical arrangement are given, through rigorous mathematical derivation from basic balance requirements of axial forces and bending moments of partially prestressed concrete flexural members.A design example is also demonstrated. The method recommended is direct and simple. It is convenient to use.
