[提要]  介绍了邯郸钢铁公司体育馆预应力悬臂板结构的设计与施工，通过采用扁预应力束、施工阶段设置后浇带等技术措施有效解决了悬臂板抗裂设计和支承柱大偏心受压问题。

The design and construction of the prestressed cantilever slab in the gymnasium of Handan Steel Corporation are introduced. In order to control the crack of the cantilever slab and decrease the moment of column, strandforce tendon is　used in the slab and post－cast strip is set during　construction.
