[提要]  介绍了重庆浪高凯悦大酒店工程有粘结预应力扁梁的设计特点。设计中应用有限元程序，分析了梁
柱刚度对梁轴向预压力的影响。通过对柱及墙体预留后浇带减小了竖向构件对预应力梁的约束作用，降低了梁中的次轴力，使设计经济合理。其设计思想可供同类工程设计参考。

The characteristic of design of bonded prestressed concrete flat beam of“lang-gao-kai-yue”International Hotel in Chongqing is introduced.The influence of the stiffness of beams and columns on available axial force of beam is discussed by finite element method. By adopting the post-poured belt devices and their construction joints of columns and walls, the lateral restraints and secondary axial force of beams are reduced.There are certain reference values for similar engineering design.
