[提要]  针对某钢厂改造中的吊车梁校算，提出了一种实用疲劳寿命的计算方法。根据工程实际情况，提出
了吊车梁的加固方案。该方案施工方便，不对其它结构产生扰动，并且节省投资。

A method of the fatigue life analysis for the steel crane girder of a steelworkshop is put forward. According to actual condition, the strengthening scheme of the crane girder has been brought forward. The scheme is easy to construct, and saves investment. It also gives no disturbances to the adjacent structures during construction.
