[提要]  采用子结构Rayleigh阻尼模型构造隔震结构的非比例阻尼矩阵，用FORTRAN语言实现结构的动力
时程分析。为便于工程应用，用VB语言开发了前后处理界面与FORTRAN链接，成为隔震工程专用动力分析软件( ISDN)。用本软件和Simulink以及复振型分解法对‘工程实例分别进行计算，两者所得位移和加速度的最大相对误差分别不超过其响应最大值的0.07%和0.27%。说明本软件的分析精度满足工程设计要求。

Non-proportional damping matrix of isolated structure is formed on the basis of Rayleigh damping model, and dynamic response of structure is analyzed with a FORTRAN program. For the convenience of design,input and output interface are made by VB.The software ISDN can analyze dynamic response of the isolated structures. Applying the software ancl Simulkink to a prototype structure, the rlative maxiumum errors of displacement and acceleration are less than 0.07%  and 0.27% .It is shown that the analysis precision of software is fit for engineering design.
