北京卢城体校自行车训练馆铸钢节点设计与分析

【提要】 随着铸造工艺的完善和分析技术的提高,铸钢节点广泛应用于各种新型结构体系和复杂节点连接。结合北京芦城体校自行车训练馆铸钢节点的设计,介绍了铸钢节点的形式和特点,分析了铸钢材料的性能,为合理选用焊接铸钢材料提供了依据。采用第四强度理论作为强度准则,给出了铸钢节点强度判别准则,分析了铸钢节点的应力分布规律,并依据应力分布规律提出铸钢节点的细部构造处理措施。参考国内外技术文件和工程节点的实际情况,提出了检查验收标准方面的内容。

Abstract:Following the sophistication in the technology of casting and the advancing of the analysis program, caststeel joints have been widely used in all types of new structural systems and complex structural connections. Combining with the design of caststeel joints for Bicycle Training Centre of Beijng Lucheng Physical Training Shcool, the formations of cast steel joints and their characteristics are introduced, the performance of caststeel material is analyzed, proofs for the rationale selection ofcaststeel material are offered. Using the grade 4 strength theory as strength estimation methodology, it helps to provide means of confirming the structure strength, and to analyze the distribution of structure strength in caststeel joints. Furthermore, through the understanding of the distribution of its strength, it facilitates the handling of the detail construction of casting connection is presented. With reference to technical documents published both inside and outside China, and with the realistic situation of the construction detail for this project, information such as the standard of inspection is provided.
