[提要]  该建筑是在稍密卵石层的地基上，采用柱下独立基础建设的12层高层建筑。由于建筑造型需要，主
楼采用半圆弧形平面。结构分析采用了弹性楼板假定，并通过合理布置结构、多道设防和构造措施等提高了结构的抗震性能。主楼最大长度（弧形展开面）达141m，内半圆长度为96m，由于建筑使用功能要求，主楼不设缝，针对超长结构无缝设计采取了具体的措施。

On the basis of the slightly dense scree subgrade,individual spread foundation was used in a tall building. The structural plane is a half-arc plane according to the need of architecture sculpt. The structural analysis and the measures are introduced.The outer half-arc length is 141 meters,the inner length is 96 meters.The building has no seam basing on the usage function. No seam structure design and the structural measures of the super-length structure are also introduced.
