[提要]  对柱下条形基础底板和梁的设计前后相关问题以及常用的两种简化计算方法的适用条件和相互关
系进行了综述，提出了自己的一些看法。通过归纳设计具体步骤，从空间受力角度考虑对基础的偏心，推出部分能较全面反映实际的通用性计算公式。对过去的单向计算和设计内容作了进一步完善，使基础设计工作条理清晰、方法得当、简便好用，且比较经济合理。

The contextual problems about the design of soleplate&beam and the applicability&interrelation of two calculation methods are summarized.The detailed design procedure are concluded. Considering the eccentric effect from the space action to the foundation,some general formulas which can reflect the fact are worked out to promote the past method of unidirectional calculation and the content of the design work.
