[提要]  作为一个大底盘、多塔楼高层住宅建筑工程，中海馥园的地基处理和大跨楼板的设计等方面都比较有特点。结合其结构设计，着重介绍了该工程的结构选型及分析、地基基础的设计、计算模型的处理及构造措施等，可供同类结构设计时参考。

Zhonghai Fuyuan is a typical tall building with big chassis,multiple towers and big span slab. Its structural design is introduced,which emphasizes the difficulty and the key points: the selection of the structural type, the design of the foundation and the base, the treatment of the structural model and the construction measures, etc. It may be referred to design the similar projects.
