[提要]  相当一部分工业建筑存在着腐蚀、超载和老龄化问题，急需进行可靠性鉴定和使用寿命评估，而采用现有可靠性鉴定标准评级时，又存在一定的难度。通过一幢受腐蚀厂房的可靠性评级，对温湿环境下混凝土受腐蚀的分布状况和特点进行了剖析，就可靠性鉴定中存在的问题进行了探讨。

Many industrial buildings have problems such as corrosion,overload and aging. Reliability certification and serviceability life appraisal are in urgent need of performing. PJut some difficulties will be met when evaluation is done according to current reliability certification standard. Based on the reliability certification for a corroded factory building, the distribution and characteristics of corrosion of concrete under thermal and humidity condition are analyzed. The problems existed in the evaluation are  discussed.
