北京天亚花园框支剪力墙结构体系设计研究

摘 要

【提要】北京天亚花园工程为高级商住公寓楼,地上30层,建筑总高度9565m,采用钢筋混凝土框支剪力墙结构体系,为超限高层建筑。工程设计从概念设计入手,采用多种程序进行结构弹性有限元分析、结构弹塑性时程分析及静力推覆分析。针对薄弱层、薄弱部位采取设置型钢等加强措施,以满足抗震设防要求。探讨了此类超限高层建筑的设计方法和构造措施。

Research on Design of Shear Wall Supported by Frame System in Beijing Tianya Garden/Xu Bin, Miao Qisong, Wang Yuexian, Qi Wuhui(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)
Abstract:Beijing Tianya Garden is a highrise apartments building, with 30 storey and 9565 meters high on the ground The reinforced concrete shear wall supported by frame structure is used It is outofcodes of Chinise for highrise building in the earthquake fortification zone of 8 degree The structure design and construction measures are introduced for this building. The finite element analysis and the elasticplastic analysis are used. The design method and construction measures are discussed,which can be referred to similar buildings.
